Are you in favor of states instituting a licensing requirment for paralegals?

Because there are still people trying to pass themselves off as paralegals without the education/experience to qualify for this position, the Oklahoma Bar Association is entertaining the idea of licensing paralegals. This will be through a test much like the current CLA/CP exam.
